The ST318 Serial Controller Card is a 4-port PCI Express controller card. It is designed for multi-system applications.
- Fully compliant with PCI-Express Base Specification Revision 1.1
- Single-lan PCI-Express with throughput up to 2.5 Gbps
- Compatible with industrial standard 16C550, 16C552, 16C554, and 16C750 UART
- On-chip 256-byte depth FIFO in transmit and receive path of each port
- Supports bi-directional data transmission with transmission speed up to 2 MB
- Built-in SIR infrared codec supporting 2400 bps to 115200 bps baud rate IrDA infrared communication
- Supports 5, 6, 7, and 8-bit serial format
- Supports 1 or 2 Stop bit operation
- Built-in SPP, PS/2, EPP, ECP compatible with IEEE1284 Printing Protocol
